We are proud to present the VMG Super float fresno finishing trowel!
In terms of technology and innovations, we always try to be at the forefront of the concrete industry in Europe.
For example, we have recently been busy developing our new composite floats.
Our 1200mm wide fresno float is made of a very high quality HMPE composite that combined with its unique design offers the following properties:
– Ultra lightweight, weighs 1/3 of magnesium
– Very low coefficient of friction
– Fully self-powered
– 10x more wear resistant than steel
– Good gliding properties requiring little physical exertion
– Water and dirt repellent. Concrete does not adhere
– Leaves no trace
– Brings out more “porridge”
– Usable at extreme working temperatures from – 35 to + 60 °c
The specially rounded edges ensure that no streaks are left behind and all the strips fit together seamlessly.
The low weight of the Super float allows a wider working surface with less effort. This allows for a flatter and smoother end result compared to aluminum or magnesium bull floats.
The optional broom is suitable for making broom finish/anti-slip.
Combined with the Rattle Stick, this is a very nice combination !
The VMG Super Float fresno model is 1200mmx120mm, the stems have a diameter of 45mm and have a length of 1.8m each.
The optional worm drive pitch is also made of lightweight composite.
