Our webshop is suitable for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Packages are sent via PostNL, GLS, or via the Betonwereld courier. If the order consists of multiple packages or large formats, it is also possible that the order is sent via different parcel services. Depending on the parcel service, you will be kept informed about the status of your shipment via a Track & Trace code. The average shipping time is 1 to 3 working days after we have delivered it to the parcel service.

Shipping costs

Free shipping does not exist. At least, we have not yet found the courier who delivers your order for free. With free shipping, the shipping costs are included in the price of the product. Betonwereld takes its customers seriously and therefore has a transparent price structure without hidden costs. Whether you order your products via our webshop, by email or in our store, the prices are always the same. The shipping costs are calculated per order so you never pay too much.

For orders above €500,- excluding VAT, we will pay the shipping costs.
Please note, this only applies to shipments within the Netherlands!
