The Betonwereld sliding tray allows the concrete hose to be easily slid over the rebar.
Very strong and lightweight design, suitable for various types of clamps.
The slide tray / clamp plate can be secured with chains which can also be found in our webshop, or with our special locking pin option.
How does the locking pin option work?
During pouring, the slide bucket is moved frequently. After being moved, it is necessary to properly secure the bucket so that it cannot move due to the blows during pumping. The traditional way of securing the chute is with one or more chains.
The blocking pin replaces these chains.
By turning the pin a quarter turn, it sinks through the mesh of the rebar, instantly blocking the chute. This makes it faster and easier to secure the bucket after each move.
NOTE:
The slide tray is supplied without a clamp, so you can weld (or have welded) the desired clamp on it yourself.
It is also possible to supply a clamp so that we weld it on.
