Application

• – Make sure the surface is clean, dry and dust-free.
• – Apply FOB Xtreme concrete impregnator evenly with a brush, roller or low-pressure sprayer.
• – Allow the product to soak in and remove any excess residue.
• – After drying, the concrete is permanently protected without a gloss coating.

Advice for preparing and impregnating concrete floors

• – 2 days after pouring: Cover the concrete floor with plastic sheeting and stucloper.
• – Do not use curing compound on floors to be impregnated.
• – Do not clean the floor with soap before impregnation.
• – Wait at least 20 days before impregnating with FOB Xtreme.
• – Remove plastic and stucloper at least 3 days before impregnation.
• – Turn off the heating 2 days before impregnating.
• – After 48 hours, the floor may be covered again with plastic or stucloper.
• – Never use painter’s tape, duct tape or gaffer tape on the floor both before and after treatment.

• Maintenance:
  Every floor needs maintenance, including a concrete floor. After impregnation, the floor is well protected from daily soiling and cleaning becomes easier. In case of severe soiling (such as coffee, red wine, oil or grease), it is important to remove it as soon as possible.
