Herkulit Top is a ready-to-use dry wear layer for application to freshly laid, wet concrete surfaces.
Herkulit is made of pure, specially granulated quartz, Dynagrip and a special cement based on Portland cement.
Herkulit Top absorbs moisture significantly faster than competing products, resulting in a better end result.

 

 

Why Herkulit dry shake?

– Heruit Top is classified as very heavy concrete according to EU 206-1.
– Herkulit Top is self-polishing – the more wear layer, the better the finish.
– Herkulit Top (light colors) reflects light.
– Herkulit Top shows no traces of forklift wheels.
– Herkulit Top replaces epoxy and polyurethane paints and is much more abrasion resistant.
– Herkulit Top is applied to freshly laid damp concrete.
– Herkulit Top contains no metal and therefore does not rust.
– Herkulit Top is resistant to grease, some solvents and low alkaline solutions.
– Herkulit Top has an anti-slip effect and is easy to maintain.

The heaviest deterioration of concrete comes from wear and tear from cars, machinery, forklifts and pedestrians.
Independent test results show that Herkulit Top increases wear resistance up to 20 times. Attached are the tests according to British standard (EN/BS 13892-4:2002 and EN/BS 8204-2:2003).
