Hardened vibrating bottle
The vibrator of the Wacker Neuson IREN series is hardened over its entire length. This makes the vibrator resistant to all conditions and ensures a long service life. Furthermore, the vibrator is equipped with roller bearings instead of ball bearings, This reduces rolling resistance and increases efficiency in combination with a longer eccentric.

Thermo protection switch
The IREN series is equipped with a thermo protection switch. If the vibrator runs outside the concrete for too long, it automatically shuts off to prevent overheating of the motor. This extends the life of the device.

This vibrator can be connected to any type of 42v inverter, and various vibrator diameters and hose lengths are available.
Our vibrating needles come standard with as much as 15m of cable.
The standard hose length is 5 meters, shorter lengths can be selected.
Vibrators that are custom made (shorter than 5m) cannot be returned.
CAUTION! These vibrating needles are delivered through an external warehouse, therefore the delivery time is about 5 working days.
